And here bungalows are not very expensive, as compared to other countries.

I think its because we are a small country and from the urban region to the seaside its only 45 minutes drive maximum.Jevinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01708474768966353710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34503628.post-6030133052730097832007-10-22T10:27:00.000+08:002007-10-22T10:27:00.000+08:00I've always been interested in owning a Studio Apa...I've always been interested in owning a Studio Apartment..but it's not really available in most parts of M'sia...unfortunately. Land is scarce perhaps..and of cos, they build them at high cost and no one wants to buy them :( So, i found out that our version of "Service Apartment" is actually the form of Studio Apartment...just that, it's like you said...not-commercial-nor-residential. But i didnt know about the legal part. *gulp*

Either way, it's still too expensive for me :( I can't even afford a kennel :(Pekyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17682794037298891577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34503628.post-61302787854706778452007-10-22T07:19:00.000+08:002007-10-22T07:19:00.000+08:00Well said. I agree with you that if I want to buy a property for my family and myself, I will definitely go for landed property. I want to work from home, so I need a bigger space. By the way spacious property is really more comfortable.

Currently my targeted type of property for investment are apartment and Shop Lot. But this have to depend on the rental market you want to attack and also the city that you are investing in. In Malaysia, not every city is suitable for real estate investmentAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
