True? :)ChampDoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15551303930099640011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34503628.post-13063754037476669422009-09-21T16:54:35.928+08:002009-09-21T16:54:35.928+08:00I've got a friend who got blacklisted by all t...I've got a friend who got blacklisted by all the banks because he forgot to pay one of his card that was owing RM200.00.<br /><br />He canceled the card before finish paying of the remaining RM200.00 and after that, he forgot all about it.<br /><br />The next thing he knew, when trying to secure a new car loan, he realized that he was blacklisted by all the banks- for the RM200.00 he forgot he owed the canceled credit card facility with AmBank.<br /><br />And the worst part is, after canceling the card, the Card Issuing Bank didn't bother to update him on the remaining unpaid credit balance. So much for 'after-sales' service.<br /><br />My friend screwed the AmBank staff good and proper.<br /><br />As for myself, I have had the same experience with AmBank too. They expect you to pay the amount owing them on time, which I totally understand, since it's our obligations to do so. But what I didn't like was how 'fast' they return the money owing to cardholders.<br /><br />When I canceled my card with them, they actually took 6 freaking months to return my RM100++ which I overpaid.<br /><br />All these cases just reinforces one thing, they will beg you for your business, but when they got it, they will squeeze everything out of you, and when you are no longer their customer, they treat you like dirt.<br /><br />That's Malaysian banks!Yow Chuanhttp://www.meshio.comnoreply@blogger.com
